Chrysler Group's Garberding Delivers Keynote at American Society of Employers’ Annual Summit

October 24, 2012 , Auburn Hills, Mich. -  Scott Garbarding, Senior Vice President, Manufacturing, Chrysler Group LLC, delivered the keynote address at last evening’s American Society of Employers’ Annual Summit at the Detroit Athletic Club. The purpose of the Annual Summit is to recognize exemplary leadership and performance among human resources executives with various-sized companies in the state of Michigan.

Chrysler Group’s own Nancy A. Rae, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Chrysler Group LLC, received the ASE’S ”HR Executive of the Year Award” for Michigan employers with more than 1,000 employees.

Garbarding’s address focused on the key role human resources and people development are playing in the transformation of Chrysler Group into a sustainably successful world class competitor with a unique performance-oriented work culture.
