October 30, 2005 , Jacksonville, Fla. -

Florida Gators fans proved victorious in the "Dodge Mega Livin', Mega Givin'" face painting and team cheer contests outside Jacksonville's Alltel Stadium Saturday, Oct. 29, in a contest that raised money for hurricane relief efforts. The Mega Mug Shot and Mega Spirit contests were created by Dodge to engage University of Florida and University of Georgia fans in a larger than life celebration of everything big, including one of the biggest college football rivalries and tailgating parties in the country, and the all-new 2006 Dodge Ram Mega Cab truck with the largest pickup cab ever.

Five-year-old Brooke Toy, from Callahan, Fla., won the Mega Mug Shot competition with her interpretation of what a true Gators fan should look like. Young relatives of Florida Gators wide receiver Chad Jackson, spanning in ages from 6 through 12 from Jacksonville, Fla., tied with Taylor Beasley, 10, also of Jacksonville, to win the Mega Spirit competition by impressing the judges with a colorful and original cheers that not only exhibited their vocal creativity, but acrobatic skills as well. The winners of both contests won a Dodge Mega Livin' Spirit Package filled with University of Florida gear.

"If Brooke thinks she has a chance to win something, she'll do anything," said Brooke’s father, Josh Toy, of Callahan, Fla. “This contest was a great way for her to show Gators team spirit.”

Chrysler Group will donate $10,000 on behalf of participants — who competed in all three Dodge Mega Livin', Mega Givin' challenges held Oct. 27–Oct. 29 — to the American Red Cross to benefit hurricane relief efforts.

"The Florida-Georgia game is a natural fit for the Dodge brand's 'mega-sized' celebration — recognizing the biggest fans at one of the biggest rivalries in college football," said Fred Diaz, Director – Dodge Marketing Communications, Chrysler Group. "It's a wonderful opportunity to expose these 'mega fans' to the all-new Dodge Ram Mega Cab, a truck that itself understands the 'go big or go home' philosophy."
