We can only assume this was intended to disrupt our proposed merger with PSA as well as our ongoing negotiations with the UAW. We intend to vigorously defend against this meritless lawsuit and pursue all legal remedies in response to it.

August 13, 2019 FCA marked a milestone today as it raised the first piece of steel for the nearly 800,000-square-foot paint shop being built on the site of the former Mack Avenue Engine Complex. FCA Illuminates 'Pentastar' Window to Honor Lee Iacocca

July 3, 2019 Fiat Chrysler Automobiles announced today it has lit the two-story “Pentastar” window atop the Auburn Hills, Michigan, headquarters tower in tribute to the passing of Lee Iacocca, the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Chrysler Corporation. The window will remain lit until midnight on July 10 to coincide with Iacocca’s funeral, which will take place at St. Hugo of the Hills Church in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
